For Infusion Centers and Referring Practices
ClarityAccessHub membership is free for infusion centers administering anti-amyloid therapy. Neurology practices that diagnose and qualify AD patients but prefer to refer for infusion can route patients to ClarityAccessHub's credentialed AIC network — we handle the AD-specific delivery complexity, the patient stays under your continuing care.
What ClarityAccessHub Membership Delivers to Infusion Centers
There is no cost for infusion centers to join. Member sites are compensated for the AD-specific coordination and patient-access work they perform across the network — funded by manufacturer service agreements, not by member fees.
Manufacturer service agreements compensate member sites for documented patient-access and coordination work — fair-market-value payments for clinical coordination, data transmission, and site readiness that independent practices cannot structure alone.
Access to CerebraLinked and the four-pillar coordination workflow. Diagnosis routing, qualification, AIC matching, payer layer — built-in and ready to operate.
CMS NCD registry workflow built in. REMS compliance support. Prior authorization templates. Audit-ready documentation across the network.
Patients routed to credentialed delivery sites through the Memory Rx Toolkit. The patient access promise of the toolkit operationalized for your practice.
Mini-fellowship training for nurse practitioners — certify your APRNs in cognitive qualification within 90 days. Physician consult availability for ARIA management and adherence questions.
CerebraLinked integrates with WeInfuse's EMR — already embedded across a majority of national anti-amyloid infusion sites. You don't build the integration; ClarityAccessHub does.
Sign the participation agreement. A short agreement memorializing your practice or infusion center as a participating member of ClarityAccessHub. This authorizes ClarityAccessHub to pay the participating AIC for helping patients get patient access through personal services and/or data transmission, structured under the applicable safe harbor framework.
Connect through CerebraLinked. WeInfuse-integrated workflow or direct platform access. ClarityAccessHub supports the integration; you don't build it.
Receive qualified patients and improved financial outcomes. Patients referred through the CerebraLinked platform via a licensed medical provider; corresponding financial payment paid directly to the participating infusion center.
ClarityAccessHub membership is open to credentialed infusion centers administering anti-amyloid therapy or preparing to. Membership review takes days, not months. ClarityAccessHub does not require minimum volume commitments, exclusivity, or technology displacement.
Neurology practices that refer AD patients to ClarityAccessHub's AIC network are referring partners, not members — there's no agreement to sign and no membership obligation. We work alongside the physician aggregators and neurology networks our referring practices already belong to.
Two Member Audiences
ClarityAccessHub works with two distinct provider audiences in different ways. Infusion centers join as members and access ClarityAccessHub's AD-specific coordination economics and operational infrastructure. Neurology practices that prefer not to infuse in-house refer patients to ClarityAccessHub's credentialed AIC network.
AD-specific coordination economics. Manufacturer-funded payments for the patient-access and coordination work anti-amyloid therapy requires — available only through a national-scale AD delivery network.
Lower AD compliance overhead. CerebraLinked handles CMS NCD registry submission, ARIA surveillance documentation, REMS protocols, and prior authorization templates specific to anti-amyloid therapy.
Qualified AD patient flow. ClarityAccessHub routes qualified AD patients to credentialed delivery sites. You don't have to build your own diagnostic and qualification pipeline for anti-amyloid candidates.
AD operational support. APRN mini-fellowship in cognitive qualification, physician consult access for ARIA management, adherence tools — all included in membership.
An AD delivery partner, not a competitor. ClarityAccessHub is designed to complement neurologist-directed care pathways and existing physician networks. If your practice diagnoses AD patients but prefers not to administer anti-amyloid in-house, ClarityAccessHub operationalizes the handoff to a credentialed infusion site. The patient stays under your continuing care.
The AD complexity, off your plate. ARIA monitoring coordination, registry submission, biomarker workflow integration, and REMS compliance run through ClarityAccessHub so your practice can focus on diagnosis and ongoing patient management.
Patient flow back to your practice. Continuity of AD care is built into the model. The referring neurologist remains the patient's principal clinician throughout treatment.
AD-specific clinical resources. Mini-fellowship training for your APRNs in cognitive assessment, plus protocol support for the AD-specific workflow elements your practice may not have built out yet.
Infusion centers: free membership review takes days, not months. Neurology practices: refer AD patients to our credentialed AIC network — no membership required.
